Reinstalled RetroArch but Final Burn Neo is not included

Having issues with Final Burn Neo and Retroarch in general. Following this tutorial on Unbroken's channel: Final Burn Neo! LaunchBox Tutorial

I'm on 13.16

I don't have Update Retroarch, this screen is not present:

According to the video I need to the following: Type in "Final Burn Zero", Scrape "Arcade", Select "fbneo"

 

I do not have this: 

Incidentally, I have what looks to be only 25% of what the Video's OP has. 

I've tried all of the following with no luck:

Inside Launchbox managing emulators and adding Final Burn Neo

Uninstalling and reinstalling Retroarch inside Launchbox

Updating it

Even tried going into Retroarch manually, inside the Launchbox folder there and add Final Burn Neo. Which it does look like it installed, but then if I go back to Launchbox, I have the same image as above, it doesn't show up.

I have not uninstalled, reinstalled Launchbox for fear of destroying everything I already have working. 

Any help would be appreciated.
