BigBox seeing all of my roms that it has in the past

Yeah so I have had a paid lisence for quite a while and for some reason I had a 20tb harddrive fail on me. Anyway while trying to load all of my roms back onto launchbox(where they work fine), BigBox only recognizes 1 rom
