New install, keep getting "Specified file cannot be found" error for ROMs.

Installed Launchbox on my new device and after a LOT of setup I finally got it all set and started getting my playlists all setup.....only to be met with this error for all my ROMs. So on my main setup I keep my games in a separate folder but in this case I decided to instead, add them all directly to the games folder in the launchbox folder. Setup went well and to be clear this is the first time Launchbox has been installed onto this device. Neither my main PC or my mini PC have had this error before hand which is why I'm confused. Directories are all correct, the xml files also list the correct file paths and loading them directly in the emulators separately from launchbox doesn't give any errors. All my imported PC games seem to work just fine or at least the ones from launchers like steam do. I've read other users had issues with duplicate XML files but I don't have any duplicates. Others have mentioned it might be an issue with the auto scraper but manually adding them also gives the same result. Does anyone possibly know what the problem might be? The device in question is a Lenovo Legion Go. It's my first and only setup running Windows 11. My only other ideas would be either to A: try reinstalling launchbox from scratch, or B: try installing it to Google Drive, downloading the install to my device and hoping I don't get the same issues. (So far that route has been giving me VLC errors? Which I hear is a plugin issue so I'll play around with that.)
