If someone has gone to the effort of uploading the missing images, multiple times, it is because that image is supposed to be there, and that is the correct image that everyone in the OpenBOR fanbase (including the author) uses. OpenBOR is an entirely fan-art based. There are no official images and never will be. Deleting them for that reason is pointless.
