Trying to do a unique setup

I am new to launch box and I am hoping to get a little guidance . 

I am looking to setup and arcade tank sick as the main controls and to navigate through menus and to use for Mame games which i think is pretty straight forward. The curve ball i am throwing in is I have blissbox adapters with connections for console controllers for snes and ps2 and a few others. I would like to be able to select example SNES and then be able to plug in a SNES controller to the blissbox adapter and have it work. I am working on getting a big powered USB hub to have all these Blissbox adapters connected to my pc and have the corresponding controller port surface mounted on the cabinet.  Can launch box support whay i am trying to do.
