delay in appearance of art when scrolling through games

Hi,

There seems to be a delay in the appearance of art when scrolling through the games.

In my search for a solution I came across the following post wich is more then 7 years old, so I thought I try asking the question again.

If I look through theme videos of others on youtube I see the same delay everywhere and I can understand the reason for it, so it's probably a long shot, but I would like to make this faster or even 0. Does anyone know if this is possible?

When I create it in the community theme creator it works with 0 delay, but when I load the theme in Big Box the 0,5 second delay is there again (see attached video).

 (I've added a video to show the difference. During the transitions in the first 5 seconds there is no delay (recorded directly in community theme creator). During the transitions in the last 5 seconds there is a delay (recorded in bigbox).)
