Auto-importing from subfolders changes Platform Folder

When I organize my files for certain platform in subfolders (For example - Commodore Amiga CD32 - one game has multiple files) - it auto-imports one game properly. When I add next subfolder with next game - auto-import stops working. 

When I check Platform -> Edit -> Folders - parameter Games doesn't point anymore to "Games\Commodore Amiga CD32" but for the directory to the last game "Games\Commodore Amiga CD32\Cannon Fodder". 

Even when I manually drag few folders to Launchbox - it properly imports everything, and then the platform Game folder is changed to the last game imported.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there any way to prevent games directory for platforms from changing by itself? 

 

Edit: For some reason - it doesn't happen always. Now I've left Launchbox open and after 15 minutes it has imported all the new games in subfolders, and the Platform Folder remains correct
