Unable to open BigBox (V13.19)

Hello,

Since the update to V13.19 I am unable to open BigBox.  Everytime I do I am presented with the following error (see attached screenshot).  Any idea what this means and how I can resolve it?

Note - I am able to open Launchbox without issues.
