Flycast Controls for Arcade setup

Hi, im trying to play racing games using Onesauce in my Legends Ultimate arcade (which uses Retroarch) but cant map the joystick control or spinner wheel to control the steering wheel.  How do i fix this?  Dreamcast is the only console that does this because it doesnt bring up Retroarch settings for the games.  Just Flycast and i cant alter it in there as a game is on.  Someone told me i can re map it on my PC bringing up the config file which ive attached but idk what to rename the analog left and right to to make it work on my arcade
