Cannot checkout. Amazon Pay implementation is broken

When trying to purchase a license with Amazon Pay, I receive the following error after clicking the button:

Try again or contact Amazon Pay.

When contacting Amazon Pay customer service, provide the following information:
Session ID: 145-4074113-1603436
Error Code: UnrecognizedField
Error Message: The field 'merchantDomain' is invalid for this API.
