Dual Monitor issue.. opens in correct monitor.. close game and BB is on wrong monitor

I have a marquee and somehow this got out of sync. Just like the title says, I open BB.. it opens in correct Monitor.. I go to MAME... close game.. It goes back to BB and it's on the wrong monitor.. Anyhow seen this and how to fix it?
