New launchbox seems to be broken?

Hi, i just got back to windows and was gonna set it up with launchbox, the latest version just seems to not boot up at all, an earlier version seems to do the trick but i would really like to be on the latest version since i got a lifetime license, my error log produces this if its any help, thanks!
