updating media hanging or extremely slow

decided to redo my arcade / LB setup to streamline it to hopefully (mostly) fit into a ssd, speed things up ect. got a new ssd and formatted and reinstalled moved over to windows 11. anyhow after reinstall i stated loading in games and have just been having the hardest time getting everything downloaded. i have a lifetime support on emumovies and checked with them to confirm if there were any issues with things getting downloaded on there end. they were unable to pinpoint any issues they could find with my acct or what i was downloading.

it does seem to hang when its pulling data from emumovies. does not seem to matter whats being downloaded it hangs at some point. currently trying to load arcade, it hadd been stuck on the same file for the last several hours and just a moment ago collected 3 errors : snip attached

i do have debugging on. its still going ill attach log up to where i am as well
