Azahar not loading

When I run the Azahar emulator not in Launchbox it works, but once I run it in Launchbox it will not load (it is running in the background but the never starts). I can run the emulator again until I reboot the computer. I feel like something is blocking it but canfigure out what it is.  Any help would be greatly appreciated .
