ESRB rating refusing to delete after removal

https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/414385 for example this. This was only released in Japan, so it does not have ESRB ratings. I changed it to Not Rated, which got accepted, but the ESRb ratings still is present. This is not the only one either. I removed a fake ESRb from a 1983 arcade game, that got accepted multiple times, but is still there.

 

No game from the 1980s has official ESRB ratings,

 

 

There is also an issue of changing INCORRECT ESRB RATINGS to the correct one such as this
