Decent cabinet joysticks?

My mini cabinet joysticks are starting to act up. The diagonals (2 switch) inputs are very inconsistent or not even working. I'm not going to remove then to tweak them. When I remove them, it's only to replace. Anybody knows of a decent set of sticks I can get to replace them? Nothing to expensive. Just something that works good. I am not a profession SF player, lol!
