Crashing when opening file explorer within LB

Hi - Recent bug in my install I've noticed is that anytime I access file explorer to pick a file - whether it's adding roms, changing rom location or anything else - causes a crash.  I re-installed 13.21 of LB, then did close to a clean install (saving metadata and images) and am still having the same error.  Debug log and video attached.  Anyone else seeing this?

 

Windows 11 Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
LB 13.21
