Error message on launching new install of launchbox

Hi,

Im doing an install of Launchbox on a new pc running windows 11.

It installs fine and imports games etc but when I quit out and reopen I get an error message and cant go any further, any suggestions please.

Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the program and overwriting the default files but they seem to get overwritten on opening and are 0kb as a file size. The error message changes so not the same file each time but always the LBthemes/Default folder

 

any help greatly appreciated
