My lunchbox/big box is very slow after replacing .xml files

So, I had replace a bunch of corrupt xml files because said corrupt files would t let me start up launchbox or bigbox. Now, whenever I have access, everything takes FOREVER to load. Switching categories, loading videos, anything takes like 5 minutes each action. What can I do to rectify this?
