Oafkad Posted June 5 Posted June 5 (edited) Is it possible for us to set a resolution target and location that is relative to our screen size? My laptop, which has Launcbox, is 1440p, but my TVs which I often plug it into are 4K. I'm realizing now that as I edit these configs to work with 4K that they'll be off the screen on 1440p. It would be nice if I could target "screen center", or have my values be % of the screen. Similar to anchoring in Unity or other software. This mostly matters because I adore those overlays, so just setting everything to 4:3 wouldn't really solve it for me. Since parts would be outside the center of the field. Thoughts? Am I missing something obvious? It would not be the first time haha. Edit: Extra detail, Retroarch is where I'm setting up most of my emulation. Double Edit: For future adventurers, its looking like just setting the config to 4:3 for most of my consoles actually does center it properly? So I guess I just needed to get rid of all that custom config stuff that was there already. Edited June 5 by Oafkad Quote
