Native-Resolution HDMI Emulation Console (Windows, BigBox, Scaler-Ready)

Hello! I've just finished building and documenting a console-like emulation system for Windows 10 that outputs true native resolutions (240p–720p) over HDMI to use with scalers (like RetroTink).
The goal was to unify all possible systems (from arcade and 8-bit to Switch and Steam) at original resolution into a seamless, gamepad-only experience with no need for keyboard or mouse—even for popups or controller reordering.

Features:

-Native 224p–720p output via HDMI (meant for CRT shaders on a scaler)

-Gamepad-only interface across the whole system (despite Windows limitations)

-Full controller support, harmonized controls and hotkeys, player port reordering on the fly (Pop-up auto-dismissal and Bluetooth controller reordering scripts)

Works with vertical arcade (TATE), PC games, and any console.

Built on:

Windows 10 Pro

BigBox (frontend)

RetroArch + standalone emulators

REWASD + AutoHotkey + Res-O-Matic

Tested with:
RX 580 GPU + RetroTink 4K

Full write-up + scripts + setup guide: Guide on Github

I have thought others could find parts of the guide useful!
