13.21 update fail

Launchbox will not load, Bigbox will. I was previously on 13.13. Reinstalled and restarted no avail. 13.13 is not in my updates folder so I can't even go back. How can I fix it. I guess it was 13.14 my bad. I was able to find it online. It's in my folder now. Re-installed it. I'm good. I guess once again I can't (it's happened on another version) update to a newer version.
