Need help with Clone Hero Script on Arcade Cabinet

Hey All, 

I have Clone Hero running on LaunchBox on an arcade cabinet build I did. How do I go about pressing one of the arcade cabinet buttons in order to escape out of the game and back into BigBox? What I'm trying to go for is how I have it set up on my PS3 emulator for example,

But I'm a bit lost how to do that for Clone Hero. Thank you!
