Error When Attempting to Download Video or Image for a Game in LaunchBox (v13.22)

When I attempt to download a video or image for a game using LaunchBox (version 13.22, Default theme), I encounter the following error:

I right-click on the game > Edit > Edit Metadata/Media > Media > Videos > Download Media > Select All > Download

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with LaunchBox: every action I try to perform triggers an exception on the screen. Could anyone help me out? I've been dealing with this problem for several days now and still haven't found a solution.
