How to reset launch boxes mame controls?

New to launchbox and mame. I stupidly unbinded a bunch of keys in mame through launchbox including the tab key. I can't figure out for the life of me how to reset the bindings. The tab key works fine through mame alone and my settings are still holding every time I launch an arcade game through launchbox. Is there some file I can delete to reset to default settings?
