Sinden Light gun issue (configuration)

Hi there, 

I run the Sinden Light Gun program and can see both light guns being recognised in Win 11 Pro.

I press a button on the light gun after launching Time Crisis and get the necessary white border. However, neither the cross hairs nor either gun is working in-game

Any clues on how to resolve ?

PS - A clue ... when I press the cross buttons on the light gun, the crosshairs, appear and start to move across the screen !!
