Dynamic Marquees Question.

Hi, i'm new to the LaunchBox and i've a question:

I've a cabinet with 15Khz old style cathode Tube TV, and is it possible to install a marquee like this: https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005004590618405.html?pdp_ext_f={"sku_id"%3A"12000029747265127"}&sourceType=1&spm=a2g0o.wish-manage-home.0.0&gatewayAdapt=glo2ita

and use the USB port on it? I suppose that with my old stile Video card (radeon hd5450 forced at 15khz) i can't use the hdmi port on it after the frequencies change.

Do you have any other suggestion?
