The program was installed on a phone (Samsung A15). All the pictures were downloading. I installed the program on a Ugoos X4Q Pro TV box. The pictures aren't downloading, even though I know they used to. To check what was wrong, I deleted the program from the phone, deleted all data, and reinstalled it. Pictures stopped downloading. I know they should. What should I do? The latest version is 1.20. Some games download, but most don't—at least 90 percent.

I installed versions 1.18 and 1.19, same thing.
