Box Image Not Available

I have uploaded box image art for Dark Chamber - Limited Edition, however it does not seem to use it as the default box image to display.  I get the grey box "Box Image Not Available" on listing pages.  What have I done wrong?

The real question is, what did you do with the image?

Where did you save the image and what did you name it?

Is it a PNG?

The image must have the exact same name as the game file -->  ending with -01.

I'm talking about the web database, see the link.

It sound like you might be talking about the desktop client.  I just uploaded an image using the web UI and select Box - Front.  There is no game file.
