Launchbox 1.2 on Samsung S10+ and enabling mobile hotspot causes phone to restart

Im using a Samsung S10+ with android 12 and Launchbox 1.2 and when I tried to enable the mobile hotspot feature my phone would restart. Went through different settings and eventually reset my phone. Tested mobile hotspot after reset and it worked, only really use it during outages. Reinstalled apps including Launchbox, did not re-test hotspot after each install. Recently needed hotspot and again phone restart. Unfortunately, first app uninstalled was Launchbox and hot spot started working.

Please disregard, It appears to have been a coincidence that the hotspot started working after uninstalling Launchbox as the phone has started rebooting again when enabling hotspot. The issue is a bug Samsung introduced with the last/final update back in 2023 and there is no fix.
