Launchbox won't install Fold 7

So I got the link in my email, download launchbox and everything seems fine until the end of the download. Nothing happens, the arrow in the notifications tray just keeps flashing and eventually the download disappears. Anyone else experience this or have a solution? 

Edit: I have checked in the file explorer and it is like nothing ever downloaded.
