Launchbox not downloading all media

I'm running the latest Launchbox.

I have a paid subscription to Emumovies.

I have Emumovies integrated in the Launchbox options and it tests successfully. 

When I select all my games and then go to download and update all metadata and media, the windows progress normally, i select all images and then select all video, then it starts updating.

Once completed I go into game details, edit, and I can see there are images and video missing for most games. From that window I can go to download images and videos, it will progress normally, and then they show up perfectly under game details.

Can anyone help with why the bulk download and update doesn't work but it does work for individual games? I have 3000 and don't want to do it game-by-game.
