Leaderboards

Hi everyone,

 

I’m having an issue syncing my game high scores to the LaunchBox leaderboards and haven’t been able to resolve it despite following the setup instructions.

 

When I launch a game, I receive the notification to sign in to sync stats. I click the message, enter my LaunchBox login credentials, and submit them, but nothing happens afterward. There is no error message, confirmation, or indication that the sign-in was successful, and the high scores still do not sync to the leaderboard.

 

Here is what I have already verified:

I am signed in to my LaunchBox account

Enable Game Statistics Syncing is checked in the options

I have repeated the sign-in process multiple times

I restarted LaunchBox after making changes

 

At this point, I’m not sure if I’m missing a step, if the login process is failing silently, or if there is a known issue with leaderboard syncing.

 

Any guidance on what else I should check or try would be greatly appreciated.
