Options menu taking a long time to load with a weird error

Whenever I try to open the options menu, LaunchBox hangs for a long while, but does eventually load options.

 

I have put logging on, tried to go straight back into options, and the log shows the same error 1736 times.

I have seen issues that were fixed by setting the default theme in Settings.xml, but this does not fix the issue.  Any help would be appreciated.
