Missing selected art work after Auto-Import

So up until now I've been manually adding my roms to LaunchBox and decided that rather than adding 1 or 2 roms and downloading meta data etc I'd just add them directly to my directory and setup the auto import feature. I have my platforms set to auto import games and this part works with no issue. 

 

Unfortunately the issue comes after the game has imported it doesn't download any of my selected media. All of the metadata is downloaded okay and the LB ID is present it just doesn't get the images. I've attached a screenshot showing I do have them selected. If I click on the game and download metadata manually then the images show up so it's not an issue with naming schemes or game ID.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

-Edit this happens on all platforms, the game import works, just the images are not downloading.
