Entire Libraries Deleting Themselves

I've had this problem lately where I'll go to play a game from (insert platform here) and Launchbox will return with an error saying that the game cannot be found.

I have not changed file paths for any of my folders since installing launchbox, and I have to go through the process of re-adding the platform and games and metadata (which usually turns into a metadata refresh loop).

Has anyone else experienced this?
