Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine Demo Discs (for PS2)

I noticed that while all of the PS1 demo discs provided by O.P.M. had entries, only a few of the PS2 ones did.

I have Scans of every Issue of O.P.M., and Physical Copies of about 90% of the Actual Disks them selves, so I have started adding them to the Database.
At the moment I am just adding the Cover of the Magazine (taken from the Scans), An image of the Disc (Photograph of my physical copy) 
and in the description I am adding the Blurb the Magazine usualy had describing the contents (as well as the list of playable demos)

I am looking to add 2 or 3 a day, as my time permits. 
Since this is going to basically be bulk updating I thought I should at least give moderators a heads up.

If any one would like any other media added let me know.
I may also need some help sourcing some disc images as I am missing a few of the disks.
I will update here when I come accross one.
