problemas con actualizar ROMs en Launchbox

Buenas tardes, tengo el siguiente problema, actualice los ROMs de PS3 y Xbox one, y han desaparecido del listado de Launchbox, hice instalación limpia en otro disco duro, y paso lo mismo pero está vez con PS4 y Xbox one de nuevo. ¿cómo lo puedo solucionar? Es más en la 2 instalación no me reconoció los juegos de windows
