Best way to organize a large PC game collection in LaunchBox?

I’m working on organizing a larger collection of PC games in LaunchBox, and I’m curious how other users manage their libraries. I’m especially interested in:

- Keeping PC game files organized across different folders or drives

- Importing games correctly without unnecessary emulator settings

- Getting accurate metadata and artwork

- Maintaining a clean library when adding new games regularly. I’ve also been exploring PC game resources such as PCDescargar to discover different games and then organize the collection through LaunchBox.

What folder structure or import method works best for you?
