I tried downloading the tool from that thread but it's unavailable.

I've seen a few threads showing a lot of space can be saved by using CHD format instead of bin/cue, iso, gdi etc. Does anybody have the batch file that does this, and is CHD compatible with retroarch (Dreamcast, Sega-CD)?

After watching the YouTube tutorial I have tried to import a merged 0.201 set and have left the tick boxes as per default (no mahjong/pinball etc) which I believe should produce a fairly clean set and won't import every ROM into LaunchBox. To save space is it possible to remove the ROMs that were not imported or to find out which ROMs were left out?
