Yup that dam microsoft net framework 4.7 messed it all up somehow.... Un-installed that then re-installed microsoft net framework 4.0 works like it should. Thanks Kondorito for the fix your the man

I re-installed the OS (Win 7 Ult) on the PC i'm using as an emulator machine and its doing the same thing lol i tried to open BigBox for fun and that is giving me the exact same error as well, the only one that seems to work is Launchbox itself Next & Bigbox are broke

open launchbox clicked out of the rom locater clicked on launchbox next on top mid right goes to desktop like it's loading then that error comes on

i posted exactly what the error message is/says just in a small window
