MAME Full Import+Filters - Delete ROM files not needed?

I'm struggling with this as well. I imported the Merged 0.201 set as well and many files don't open at all from Launch Box or MAME directly. Is there an easy way to at least hide the none working games from LB without going one by one? Does this have something to do with importing/not importing clones? Edit: I don't care about keeping all the files in the roms folder, I just want them hidden or gone from LB
