Using Retroarch for emulator happens on all cores My monitor is a 4K Asus, the HDMI port I use for my PC is only 30 so likely the root cause When I leave the resolution in Windows to full 4K I get bad screen tearing in retro arch, when I change windows resolution to 1080p it stops Is this normal should I always run windows in 1080p if the HDMI on monitor only supports 30hrtz
