I have just upgraded my LaunchBox to premium to use Big Box on my cabinet. Big Box launches fine, I can use the arrow keys to scroll through different systems and games but when I decide on a game or system, the app instantly crashes without an error message or windows error prompt. I have searched a solution to this problem but haven't been able to find anyone with this specific problem. I am running Windows 10. Thanks in advance.
