You are right. The app isn’t crashing neither opening. If I open the Task Manager, the BigBox process stays running but doesn’t crash.
I think that is related to the video player problem because when I had an startup video, nothing happened. But when I deleted it, at least shows the BigBox logo, but stays stuck with it in the screen.
Is there some other way to make a logging that can help to trobuleshoot the problem?
UPDATE: I resolved the problem. Ater I updated to Launchbox 12.24, I deleted the startup video while trobuleshooting the problem with BigBox not launching correctly. After that, I updated to Launchbox 12.24 beta 1, but doesn't restore the startup video, thinking that it would still cause problems.
Now I restored the startup video and BigBox works flawlessly. So I can confirm that the fix in the beta works.
