im having this issue too, brand new install of windows. clean install of LB importing first set of games (mame) seems to go fine up to emumovies, gets a decent way into it then hangs. cpu usage is high from LB, errors over and over in the logs i have seen a couple others posting similar issues. i thought it was something i did so i reinstalled windows and lb a second time just for the same behavior. is this possibly an issue caused by some kind of throttling in emumovies? been using lb for about 10 years cant say i have seen it before (maybe)
