I think this might be from the Ergoe font family, the apostrophe even matches ..although this could just be a renamed font set, as many people often do that.

The logo is different than yours, also there's no mascot shown on mine. Is there only one logo allowed per game in the db?

I noticed there was a slight outline on this logo, so I took a crack at it.
