I have added many new games over time on the computer, all are in different groups and I would love to be able to re-scrape this with out adding duplicates of already existing games. Is there a way I have tested a bit but always get duplicates that I have to sit remove after. It would make sense to have a way to scrape new games with out the old get scraped and added the same time.

It would be great if could make a "sort easly" and create a Children group in both BigBox and LaunchBox. So our children only get the games that is suitable for children view-able all other should not be seen at all. And also it would block so that they do not have access to advanced settings or similar, only have access to no. players, start, paus, stop and pick games. I am setting up a system with target to let children play but I also want games but not all I play are good for them (I love horror games) and to have a "login" at start similar Netflix would be great and easy and then to the profiles be able to set a password or not. that way we can have password to adult account. The password should be possible to use arcade setup to type in password (keykombination) Also I would love to be able to scrape movies, there is a plug-in to Launchbox, but it stopped working, something similar but instead movie by movie be able to scrape just the same way we scrape our games (love that function) Well thats my thoughts...

First thing I am experienced in Importing it's not working the way I hoped. So I have a suggestion here. While many here most likely sit with great connections stable electric grid. I do not have that luxury. So when I import a large number of games and have to wait for them to import be scrubbed on-line or not at all I suggest following that would make life great I think. Why not set up so that when I import, get a checkbox saying "Import all roms and scrub for images/videos in the background after import been finalized." The function is self explanative, LaunchBox import all the Roms first and whenever it's running scrubbing for the media files then the time this takes is less important. I might have missed something while importing might already exist something similar, but I have not found it. Well that was my thought...

Hey folks, I am just starting this and looking forward to many frustrating hours hahaha trying to understand get things going. My goal is to set up a BigBox system to let my son, my big family's children get a chance to play enjoy some gaming. I am planning to build a 4 person arcade machine, load it up with lots of games and coin operator! I have a thought why, first the feel of adding coins when you play is unbeatable, but also to help me teach the children doing good. They will be receiving coins from me whenever they do good, help out at home. study hard or any other thing that will give them the bonus and ability to play games. I live in Cambodia and its hard here to teach right and wrong since most parents don't really care about what the children do or how it goes in school. Well, that's me, looking forward to getting many tips, tricks, and ideas from all of you here and hopefully be able to create my arcade.
