Thanks for showing me that setting. Turned out it was a driver called vJoy. Uninstalled and problem is gone.

Hey everyone, I'm having this huge problem where my Windows 10 PC seems to think I have a controller attached that's pushing an up arrow. This does not happen in windows. For example, I can type this post without up arrow key being pressed. So I think it's actually a phantom controller. But I have no controllers attached. ANy ideas? Thanks, Adam
