When we buy into launchbox, we buy into the support that comes with that, if you aren't making enough on it to continue, then you should have charged more, we are more than willing to support when it goes both ways, this just feels like you can't be bothered, because you think something will happen, android emulators will continue to function long after android 11, the mistake may have been relying on retroarch to do all your heavy lifting.

So, i expect a refund to be in my account shortly? as we were sold something that was never going to happen? there are good frontends out there for android, i dont see them giving up, andquitting because you think something will happen is pretty lame. enjoy my cash.

Thought i'd leave a comment, as i couldn't get any of the games to launch after clicking the boxart, it would just quit back to the shield launcher, I have a ssd set to internal storage, and my retroarch was using my ssd's shared storage, moving retroarch back into the shield's internal storage fixed the problem.
